Donations (as well as equity investments starting at a minimum buy-in of $25,000) will receive the following treatment:
We are seeking qualified investors to participate as an equity participant in the project as well as it’s hopeful financial upside. Investments of this nature will be treated in the following manner:
Treatment
First: 100% of the net revenue will pay remaining production costs and crew deferments (with a cap on the allowable deferment pool); then,
Second: Investors (on a pari-passu basis) recoup 100% of the film’s net revenue until they recoup 120% of their investment; then,
Third: 100% of the net revenue is split between investors (50%) and the producer’s group (50%) in perpetuity.
